Brad has been in the home design, planning, and construction industry for well over twenty years. Before becoming a designer Brad grew up in the construction industry doing everything from setting forms and framing homes to running trim, hanging drywall, and  even painting.

 

In the early 2000's Brad was Co-Owner of S&S Professional Drafting Services, a firm with a focus on industrial drafting services, mechanical, electrical, structural, and architectural disciplines. After some time in that environment, he eventually went out on his own to manage Advantage CAD Concepts, a drafting and design firm specializing in custom home design and house plans. For several years Brad worked in the East Texas area offering these services to home owners, builders and other clients. Brad's work has been featured in the TABA Parade of Homes as well as others.  Brad became a construction project manager specializing in seeing through plan design and finish-out in residential construction of homes and condominiums managing teams of sub-contractors.

 

After working in residential and commercial building design for a number of years, Brad went back into the mechanical design field specializing in industrial design and manufacturing. Over the next few years Brad continued to get calls from people to please design their homes and so decided to accept the market and continues designing custom homes and will gladly like to work on your home design with you!
